Returns & Exchange Policy


All returns must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Form. You may request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form by sending an email to info@distantorigin.com upon receipt of merchandise.

Returned items without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Form may not be accepted, and a refund may not be issued. Return Merchandise Authorization Forms are valid for 7 days after they are issued. 

Inspect all merchandise upon receipt in order to make a prompt notification in case of any damage. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Items are not eligible for return or exchange if damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

To qualify for return or exchange products must be in un-installed, without unreported defects, and in the original packaging. We will credit your account once the return has been inspected and determined valid.
